Nadia joined MISA in Spring 2008 eventually became Secretary and now is the President of MISA.
Nadia is also involved in the CIS Marketing Committee and volunteers at the Cleveland Foodbank.
She is expected to graduate in Fall 2009 and is currently interning with Sherwin Williams as an Oracle DBA.
She plans to pursue a career in Database Administration and aspires to eventually become a project manager.

Stephanie is graduating in December with a dual-major in Accounting and CIS,
minor in management. She is currently an intern at Smucker's on the
Knowledge Management Team (within the Business Intelligence area of the
IS department). Stephanie also is an Officer Candidate in the Ohio Army
National Guard and will commission as a 2LT in August 2010.

Background:
Murali S. Shanker is an Associate Professor in the department of Management & Information Systems, College of Business, Kent State University. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Operations and Management Science at the University of Minnesota. His current research is in open source, agent-based simulations, task-allocation strategies for distributed simulation models, and in artificial neural networks as applied to classification and prediction problems. He has published in journals like Annals of Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Journal of the Operational Research Society, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Decision Support Systems, and IIE Transactions, among others. He also received the 2006 University Distinguished Teaching award.

Dr. Pratim Datta is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems in the Department of Management and Information Systems at Kent State University. He also serves as a co-advisor to the MIS Association and as the co-chair of the Computer Information Systems Marketing Committee at Kent State University. Dr. Datta holds a Ph.D., M.S. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences and an M.B.A. in Information Systems.
